Marie-Louise Ramsdale
MANAGING PARTNER
Marie-Louise is the principal lawyer of Ramsdale Family Law and practices solely in family law. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, past President of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, and chairs the Charleston County Bar Wellness Committee. Marie-Louise holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers® for Family Law in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She was the volunteer attorney coach for the Moultrie Middle School Mock Trial Team, taking the team to first place in the State competition in 2016. She successfully coached the Wando High School Mock Trial Team. In her free time, she is an avid power yoga student, reads mystery novels and cookbooks, and enjoys traveling.

Samantha Fortier Hattaway
ATTORNEY
Samantha Hattaway was born and raised in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude in 2011 from Clemson University, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. While at Clemson, Samantha played for the Clemson University Women’s Soccer Team and was captain her senior year. She received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in December 2014. Samantha was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2015 and her practice involves divorce, child custody, child support, modification of child custody, and other family court matters. Samantha is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association. Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her family.

Kendall-Sue M. Miller
ATTORNEY
Kendall grew up in Damascus, Maryland and attended West Virginia University from which she graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management and Rural Development with a focus in Agricultural and Natural Resources Law. Kendall is a December 2020 graduate of the Charleston School of Law and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in April 2021. Kendall is a member of the Charleston County Bar Wellness Committee and a committee co-chair for the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Bar. Kendall spends much of her free time exploring Charleston with her beloved golden retriever, Buoy.
Lynda Clark
OFFICE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Lynda joined Ramsdale Law Firm in December of 2021 and comes to the firm with many years of paralegal, nonprofit, and corporate accounting experience along with a degree in Business Administration. Lynda relocated to the Charleston area in 2012 and has enjoyed becoming a part of this beautiful community. She is a proud mother of three adult children, sings with the Charleston Gospel Choir, and enjoys volunteering with various organizations around the area.
Jessica Nimmo
PARALEGAL
Jessica is a Virginia Beach native. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, and graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor concentration in Political and Legal Studies in Philosophy. In her spare time, she has volunteered and interned for political campaigns for local and state races. She began her paralegal career in foreclosures and moved on to personal injury, assisting clients with car accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites for half a decade. In 2020, she decided to transition to family law after moving to Charleston and began work as a paralegal at Ramsdale Law Firm.
Jack Trudel
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Jack was born and raised on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. He graduated from Florida Southern College in 2018, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science. Jack visited Charleston after his graduation and quickly decided to call the Lowcountry his home. He holds a S.C. real estate license, and in his free time enjoys fishing and exploring new places with his puppy Maya.
