Marie-Louise Ramsdale is the principal lawyer of Ramsdale Family Law and practices solely in family law. She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, past President of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, and chairs the Charleston County Bar Wellness Committee. Marie-Louise holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for Family Law in Charleston, SC. She volunteers for fee dispute resolution and was the volunteer attorney coach for the Moultrie Middle School Mock Trial Team. She took the team to first place in the State competition in 2016. She presently coaches the Wando High School Mock Trial Team. In her free time, she is an avid power yoga student and likes to read mystery novels and walk her Portuguese Water Dog.
Casie Suddeth Farrell

Casie Farrell was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Political Science, Casie attended the Charleston School of Law and graduated in 2009. Casie is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association. Her primary practice area is family law which includes divorce, child custody, child support, modification of alimony and child support, modification of child custody, termination of parental rights, name change, equitable division, and contempt actions. Casie resides on James Island with her husband, who is also a local attorney, and children.
Sabrina R. Owen
SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Sabrina Owen attended the University of Montana where she earned her B.A. in both Psychology and Sociology. She graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2004. Sabrina is an active member of the South Carolina Bar’s Law Related Education Committee and has served as a regional coordinator for the Middle School and High School Mock Trial competitions since 2011. She spent the first decade of her career in general litigation firms helping people with their personal injury, product liability, criminal, and family law issues. In 2014 she decided to dedicate her practice to family law and began working for Ramsdale Family Law. Sabrina is the recipient of the 2019 South Carolina Bar Association’s Law Related Education Lawyer of the Year.
Samantha Fortier Hattaway
Samantha Hattaway was born and raised in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude from Clemson University in 2011, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. While at Clemson, Samantha played for the Clemson University Women’s Soccer Team and was captain her senior year. She received her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in December of 2014. Samantha was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2015 and has focused on divorce, child custody, child support, modification of child custody, and other family court matters since that time. Samantha is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and Charleston County Bar Association.
